I have a 1996 Corsa merit, friends of mine have sports, LSs, GLSs, GSIs etc and we all have trouble when refuelling.
When I insert the nozzle into the tank I'll squeeze the trigger and I'll get about 1/4 of a litre then the pump will cut out like it would if I had a full tank. But I don't have a full tank, I work at Tesco, I can't afford a full tank! I digress, the fact is that we all have this sam problem, I've tried different petrol stations, checking to see if the entrance to the tank is blocked or restricted in some way, inserting the nozzle at different angles, depths etc, and I've tried squeezing gently - which works, but I end up waiting 5 minutes to stick a tenner in.
I want to know if others of you have this same experience and if there's something I can do about it.
Thanks, Adam.

Difficulty refuelling
Please, if you know of ANY cheap/free/DIY mods for Corsas, no matter how tasteless or tacky, let me know.

Re: Difficulty refuelling
Yeh same problem its a pain
Ive tried eveything and the onlyway I can fill up quickly is to just stick the tip in and watch that it doesn't come back out at you.
Ive been told if its realy bad it coulf be a blocked breather that lets air out as you fill up.
