Yo! Any ideas on how to remove a steering wheel without using a steering wheel puller?
I bought a puller from ebay and it does not pull a thing! Every time I try, the threads slip and the puller moves, but not the wheel! I can't get my new Sparco wheel on till I remove the old one! Any advice?
I don't have a big enough hammer to vent my frustration out on it either!

Re: Remove steering wheel.
Well.. i fitted an omp wheel in mine and i had to remove the old steering wheel , im an apprentice electrical engineer and i have loads of supplies and poo that i can make stuff up with .. me and a guy tried making up a set of legs to sit in the 2 holes underneath the steering wheels ... but alas it didnt work ...i finally resorted to e-bay .....i purchased one of these GM wheel pullers and it worked 1st time ...... check that you aint damaged the two holes for the puller trying to pry it off with somthing else, them pullers off e-bay r gd and thats what i used ... and it doesnt ease off either it will go extremly tight and then just pop off its spilne ( carful lol) .. na sorry mate either you have a rele duff puller or your the duff operator lol (jokes ) good luck !!!
