1.4 8v astra manifold

right basically ive been to my local scrappy today and theres a mark 3 atsra 1.4 8v and i was wondering would the manifold and down pipe fit on my 1.2 8v?

and would it make any improvements?

I f they are both SPI then it will fit on there but unfortunatley wont make a whole lot of difference ...you could get the 1.6 inlet manifold ..... i know that the 1.6 , 1.8 manifold spi manifolds fit the 1.4 but i dont know about the 1.2 soooo ..... buy it and c ... with the 1.6 manifold and 1.4 injector an TB ur gna free up a few horseees ..have an experiment .... !!1 gd luck

AHHH sorry i must have read it wrong ...errrm if ur talking exhaust manifold then it depends coz ....in the 8 valve the down pipe goes all the way as one peice ..to the back box .. apart from at the other end of the cat !!!and the 1.2 manifold is probably the same size as the 1.4 so it wont make any difference lol ......Sportex make them for about £140 for 4 branch manifold and Catbypass :P
