Tbh it only started with 59hp so there aint much hope im afraid. Derestricting you airbox, fitting a new panel filter and lightening the car will help but u aint gonna get much gain. If you want more performance then engine swaps are the way to go but obv these are pricey and make ur insurance rocket upwards lol

hmmm wel thats a kick to the crotch lol. is there nothin lik uprated cams or somthing? or is that just throwing my money away? also i have heard of people of people putting throttle bodies off bikes onto their cars, is there much of a power gain from thm or is it just a cheaper alternative to getting the propper ones for the car?

your best bet is first to find you engine code and go from there cuz 1 1.4 8v engine is alot better then the other two.

theres not really much you can do that will be cost effective
the money it would cost for throttle bodies u might aswell get a gsi or 1.6 sport and do somting to that or buy a 2 litre

Too true! If you want a fast car, buy a fast car!
Don't try and make a slow car fast because it'll cost your far in excess of what buying a faster car to start with will.
