Temperature Gauge Broken

Is there anywhere where I can buy a temperature gauge for the speedo on a Corsa B 1997 1.0L 3 dr as it has stopped working and wanted to get if fixed.

The sensor of the temperature guage is screwed into the inlet manifold on the left hand side it has a single wire attached to it with a spade connector.
If you disconnect the wire and touch it against a clean metal part of the engine the gauge should go right up and show hot, the car needs to be on for this to work.

If the guage does not go up then either the wire is split somewhere or the guage is broke
If the guage does go up then the sensor is broke.
