scraping noise

scraping noise
hi all just today started here a scraping noise from when i braking im guessing it the pads i aint a brake expert is it a pricey job if it is the brake pads , when i brake it dosent seem to be struggling so i dont need to brake harder it just does it mainly as im comin to a stop and dose get abit louder if i brake harder

sounds like your pads are down to metal (or shoes if its the rear), the pads shouldn't be to expensive most places charge about £20 to fit a set its should only take 20 mins/ half hour,
Get them done sooner rather than later though before you ruin your discs aswell, not to forget the risk of brake failure

It could possibly be excessively worn discs.
