can you use manual window regs when converting to elec windows. e.g. will elec motors bolt onto the regs or will i need the elec windows regs aswell?

yes you need the regs and the door looms (if you have central locking the you might have full door looms)

or you can buy cheap universal things off then internet that just connet the motor to the manual winder

also if i get the full door looms will i also need a complete interior wiring loom from a corsa tht had elec windows, central locking etc.

That depends how good you are at reading wiring diagrams.
You could swap the interior loom but you will have to take the whole interior out of your car to do so.
It would probably be easier to by a reel of wire and add what you need to your car, it will just be a case of running wires between the doors and also adding some wires to the fuse box, there are full wiring diagrams in the back of the haynes manual.

ill prob just put new loom in it then im nt that good at reading wiring diagrams! plus im taking the interior and carpet out anyway to dye it black so ill just get all the wires in then
