yo!
i got told that removing the air con from my 1.6 sport will make it faster, not only cos the ac unit is heavy, but also because it runs off the belt slowing it down? is this true or would it only be true if the air con was turned on? thanks
removing air con for speed?

Re: removing air con for speed?
Won't be much faster. You probably won't notice it.

Re: removing air con for speed?
It's only going to make a difference when combined with wide scale weight reduction. One item won't make much difference, but lots of weight saving will equal a big difference.
Like I said, removing the air con won't make much difference at all on it's own.
