Depends what corsa you have but most of them are hydraulic tappets,so you dont necessarily have to change your tappets...the 1st thing to do would be to change the oil and put a bit of oil treatment in there too. This should help the situation massivley ..YET.... if you do decide to change them you'll need to buy a timing belt and tool for the job .. you're haynes manual will tell you how to do it .....I remember when i changed my camshaft i had to buy a new set of head bolts to.
Good luck matey :)

Yeah you can ..engine treatment oil . I f they were the same after an oil change then it may not be your tappets that are noisey .. the x14sz ..which you have in yours is the same as i have in mine and they (apparently) are notorious for the bottom pulley wearing ..so this also makes a noise...How long ago did you do you're oil ...if it wasnt long ago then it may well be you're tappets or somthing else...but engine / tappet treatment is about £10 from halfords so its worth a try b4 shelling out £90 for a new set of tappets !!!

March this year last oil change but dont think i had it then tho a m8 looked at it and deffo thinks its a tappet also read on another site that u can take the tappets and lifters out n free the sticky tappets which would save spending/wasting a lot of cash also heard treatment can make it worse cant c y tho

Yes as stated the tappets are hydrualic and frequent oil changes and maybe a can of wynnes hydraulic valve lifter treatment is all that is needed.

They can be removed and cleaned out but you need to take the head off for that.

it might be that its something else making the tapping noise my injector has gotten loud and makes a ticking noise that I thought was my tappets.
