corsa clutch help!

my clutch is making a bad grinding noise when i press clutch in. anyone know what problem is and how much it would be to fix it ?

[sounds like the thrust bearing.
not to much to fix.
need to drop the gearbox off and replace it.

yep all on . have a look at me car atm on projest logs comming on but nower near finished.

Yeh mines making a bit of a grinding noise. but not 2 bad. how bad does it get and if its not fixed quickly does it cause any major damage?
