X16XE tank & brakes swap????!!

Hi all i have a x14sz corsa and i was thinking about doing a conversion to the 1600 xe ( i have one available with box , loom, etc)......My thinking led me to this question ... i have a SPi car atm but if i changed to the x16xe ..would i have to put a new fuel tank in? ...or change the spi fuel pump ????...Also ... if i wanted to put bigger brakes on my car would i just get the cailper, brake disc and pads etc .....they should fit str8 on rite? ...cheers in advance guys !!! also would a x16xe conversion b worth doing ? !!!

okay...you will need a multipoint fuel pump...but these are easily gotten from scrappies.

you brakes, i would just try and get a set of 2 litre callipers from a cav or calibra and use them. They are just as easy to change and you may as well get them as they are much better!

Will it be a case of just swapping the brake line over to the larger caliper.........would i then be able to fit the discs ?? ...are all vauxhall MPI pumps the same ...i.e 14xe corsa and like a 18xe astra??? cheers
