should my engine do this???

hey every one i got a corsa B envoy 12 V 1.0

basically my engine i rev it but its like it lags for a few seconds and it sounds really deep but it just wont rev that quick

is it just because its a 3 clyinder eco tec thing or would it be something more like injectors or spark plugs ive checked the air filter and tbf its like new and checked with my mate who i bought it off and it had all new spark plugs

any help would be great

mine does the same mate i think its just cus its a 1l and its only got 3 cilinders like, i rev mine and its like they are delayd kind of thing is thats what yours is like ?

yeah just drags
