help on removing body filler

hey all im just wondering what is the easiest way of getting filler of excisting body work to be re-done??? im using a hamer and a chisel atm but its gonna take me ages to do it so if nyone has any good ideas on how of doing this let me no asap plz cheers

If it takes a hammer and chisel to take it off i'd say it's safe enough to fill over without removing.

lol cheers mate well ill get all the loose stuff off then ill give it a good rub down and re-fill like is that right ???

Use the coarsest paper to rub down before you fill.
