Think it could be the dreaded head gasket.

W plate 1.2 16v Head Gasket
Checked car over and for the 2nd week having to top up the rad bottle. Can't find a leak anywhere but oil cap has just started to have a creamy sludge. Think it could be the dreaded head gasket. As a diy what does the job involve and any special tools required? Cheers
