Are the 1.4 16v corsas worth getting??

just wondering if these engines are nippy or not?or is it better going for the 1.6?(will be the sport not gsi)

1.4 16v
1.6 sport

Im pretty sure theres already a post on the forum with all the engine specs, try doing a search for it.
Should have what your after, but if you need more specs, im sure someone on here can help you

IMO depends if its your 1st car or not.
I have a 1.2 16v which is 65bhp whereas the 1.4 16v have 90bhp, my mate has one of these engines in his sxi and there is a massive difference.
Then again there will be a big difference if you jump upto a 1.6 16v
I say go for the 1.6 16v aslong as you can afford the insurance
