Re: Red Corsas
Simple answer - T-cut. Just polish the whole car up with this and it should bring the shine back

t-cut
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

Re: Red Corsas
Third time ftw, T-Cut
Repetative, boring, takes a mind numbingly long time on your own, but you'll only need to do it once every....6-months, maybe year?
Possibly more, but ive not had a car long enough to know how often to do it

my arches were faded to grey my roof had gone pink on mine, vauxhall flame red is pretty awful for fading, so after countless number of times t cutting the focker decided to colour code the arches and do the roof now it looks mint for 64 quid :L

Re: Red Corsas
Hey, I've just joined the site and have owned my W-reg corsa for a week or two.
Originally it was pink when I first saw it but I can't believe the differance now, spent roughly 6 hours on and off t-cutting the whole body and im amazed how well it turned out.
I took some photo's 2 hours into it but I've yet to take one of the finished article.

Re: Red Corsas
That amount of fading is terrible for a w reg car, plenty of other red cars at that age from other makers last much better,
Then again other straight colours fade from vauxhall the metallics last well but I guess thats because the solid colours are two pack (assuming not entirely what they use) and the metalics etc are base and laquer.
