New alloys

Post by MattySAFC »

Hey, just got some astra 15" alloys from a scrapyard, got the set for £100 and they're in good nick with 2 good tyres
Only problem is on the inside of the alloy it says ET49 so im assuming this is the offset
Will this fit my corsa b sxi?
These are the rims

Yup that is the perfect offset for a corsa. The only problem is that they tyres are way 2 chunky 2 fit on with the rims (obv corsas have a smaller wheel diameter than an astra) so ur gonna need to get some low profile boots for it as well. 195/45s are best but 195/50s will do

I went to a used tyre centre today and asked for 195/45/15s and he said they dont get many in as they always puncture due to having a small tyre wall.
Is this true? :?
