Re: torx bolts
depends if its a innie or an outie lol
soak it in wd40 over night an use molegrips and brute force
or get a bolt chop the head off it and get it welded ontop .. then undo with spanner

Re: torx bolts
if its a female(innie lol)..then best way is to hammer an allen key headed bit for a ratchet..then need an airgun..cant use a normal ratchet or u will just round it off even more...also if your gonna weld a nut on,depends where it is..coz if its say underneath your seat like mine,u have to basically soak the carpets in water so theres a puddle to stop the welder setting it on fire lol.

Re: torx bolts
A large drill, bigger than the bolt. Drill the head off and remove the remainder with vice grips.

Re: torx bolts
same problem as me then lol..my mates gonna do mine but havnt got round to it..best way id say is to get a big hammer, and hammer an allen key headed bit for a air ratchet..something slightly bigger than the hole..then when u get the airgun on it will rip it straight out.

Re: torx bolts
i deal with these every day in the motor mechanic world lol
i always soak it in wd 40 the get pair of mole grips on them should be easy just make sure you get them tight on other wise they will just slip
or you could try bolt extractors you may get lucky

Re: torx bolts
if all else fails weld a bolt on then its easy but change to a normal bolt when its out makes life easier
