Wheel nut tightness?

Post by Jimi137 »

Hi again. Im gonna pick up some cav slabs this weekend as although i know it is not ideal am gonna fit them myself with the spare wheel jack and spanner thing 2 save some money. Anyway i was wondering how tight to tighten the bolts? Is there a particular torque setting needed or is it just a case of tighten till they won't tighten any more? Im using the standard bolts btw if that matters.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thnx

Most accurate way is tighten as much by hand then boot it.
