Crashed and breaking a Corsa

Post by mt2man »

Right bassically i crashed my corsa tonight :( going round a roundabout in the rain i drove over a manhole cover and it oversteered towards the roundabout so i counter steered to miss the round about and as i did it oversteered again and the back end swung all the way around and i ended up hitting a curb/ bollard :(. I wasnt even speeding or anything :(.

So if anyone needs any bits or anything pm me cause i dont think im going to be able to get it back on the road :(.
It did have a 40-60 lowering springs on it aswell which will be going.

So yeah, im pretty sad right now :( i loved that car :(.

Pretty much everything has to go really, minus the dash and possibly the engine.
Its a ermm 1995 (i think) Arizona?
Heres a pic anyway to show the colour and all and this is the side that hit the bollard (obviously a before pic lol.) Its just the rear quater pannel and wheel thats damaged, plus the rear beam and everything, but all dooors and as far as i can see the boot and even the petrol cap is fine lol.

Do you mean the actuall boot? Like the whole tailgate?
And if you have a 5door i think the boots are different? Im not 100% sure if there interchangeable? Also not sure if the boot floor is the same? But i have the carpety bit that cover the spare wheel and all.
And i have absoloutly no idea how much any of this is worth, and how much it would cost to post, bloody postal strikes lol.

The 5 door boot and everythin associated with it (parcel shelf, carpet etc) is NOT compatible with the 3 door model and vica versa

Unfortunatly not sorry :/, have decided to keep the engine for my mini project :P. So need all engine parts and the speedo for it, but everything else is going, including a pretty much new exhaust!

No its a standard exhaust, the exhaust is like 3 months old and the backbox is only like a week old lol.
I have the set of alloys that were on it still, but i think one of them is dented from where it hit the curb :/, the front tyres are brand new and cost me £80 though lol.
Only modifications i done to her really was the lowering and the blue tinted side repeaters. And debadged the bootlid and debump stripped the sides. All the doors and boot are ok, bonnet is in pretty good condition but a slight lil dink but its hardly noticeable.
Ermm thats about it really, interior was in good condition and will be trying to sell that.
So everythings going really.
