hi,
i own a 1.0l 12v corsa b on a T plate.
i'm just wondering if anyone knows how much hassle it would be to upgrade to power steering?
also roughly what it would cost.
thanks.

Re: PAS
you have exactly the same as me and i wanna do that as well. im not 100% sure but i think its just a case of getting the steering rack , power steering pump etc.. and fitting them in, and wiring it all up. im looking into it as well as i think it will be beneficial. also, again not 100% but i think all the corsa's have some sort of power assisted steering, but not the full power steering like the 1.2 and 1.4 etc have, if that makes sense.

Re: PAS
you can put electronic powersteering from another corsa into yours.
It a electric motor in steering column so no pump/steering rack or hydualic plumbing, just swap the steering column. there is some wiring involed but never done it so not sure. if you google corsa EPAS you should be able to find what you need lots of people use it to put power steering in classics and kit cars as its a simple system.

it wouldnt be to hard to be honest just some time could be a little pain in the ass tho wud have to take everything off but then again you cud get away with taking it all of a corsa in the scrappy that has power steering
