hi
all of a sudden my radio reception is crap! i can hardly pick up local radio stations. the connection into the HU is absolutely fine, so im thinking it might be the aerial? but why would it suddenly just stop? iv heard tht where the aerial screws in (the black part on the roof), tht it is actually an amplifier, and tht is what may have gone....? therefore not getting strong signal
any ideas?
thanks, James

Re: radio reception
check its blugged in to the back of the stereo proplely, when i first gotmy car ihad the same problem and it simplywasnt plugged in. my wire was so short i wudnt reach so i had to push the stereo back in to place, take off the panel below with the ash tray in and reach it from that way.
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

Re: radio reception
the wire is fine and iv been told by a specialist the wire to the HU is fine, he said it could be the amplifier as explained before. just thought i would ask if anyone else had had the same problem....
