Are angel eye headlights adjustable?

Post by Jimi137 »

For xmas i was thinking of getting some black twin angel eye headlights. Ive got a couple of choices lined up:

http://www.ultimatemods.co.uk/angel-eye ... hrome.html

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/VAUXHALL-CORSA-B- ... 5880efa080

Now it says on the first one for automatic headlight adjustment you will need to transfer the motor across form your standard lights. Well do corsa's have this feature and if so can the motor be transfered?

Basically i want to be able to adjust the angle of the headlights some way or another (not bothered if i have 2 manually do it) but my m8 who had angel eyes cudnt adjust them and they were way to low so he had absolutly shocking distance on his lights.

Please help cuz im really confused here lol

Some corsas do, some don't. Have a look by your headlight switch. If you have a rotary switch thing next to the dash dimmer which makes the beam on your headlights move up and down then you do.

Beware, that you will need the correct headlights for your car. (I.E. If you don't have headlight levellers then you must buy the angel eyes without levelling.)

Hey matty101 i have got the same headlights as you in them pictures you got. when you fitted the motors did you find they where a bit lose??? i fitted myn just over a week ago and noticed that they motor fitting wasn't as tight as it was on the standard lights, althou they have never fallen out so it not a problem just wondered if you had had the same problem..

Jimi137 you should get the ones me and matty101 have, really easy to fit straight swap on the wiring and motor, only extra thing you have to do is wire in the angle eye but i have just crimped it to the side lights easy.. then bolt back in job done and they look a whole lot better than the poo standard lights.
