exhaust rattle

just fitted a full new exhaust system (standard) to my car and it seems to be rattling off the rear axle the two mounts on the back box are all split.
do you think if i replace the mounts it will be any better or not. or is there any other way of stopping this rattle as it is really annoying

I believe it should work if the split is bad as it could change the position of where the backbox should sit
