New backbox

Just fitted my new Ashley backbox this afternoon, I never used any gum gum to seal the new box, noticed that tbh it doesn't sound much too louder than the standard silencer!? Could this be due to the exhaust blowing if I haven't sealed it well?

If it's an aftermarket one sometimes they need welding and sealing

An aftermarket means it's not actually one made for your car....It's universal meaning it'll go on any car with abit of welding

An mine only sounds loud well so i think because i de=ristricted (sp) the airbox
