Rear axle pure annoyance!!!!!!!

Okay so I fitted my new backbox yesterday (direct fit) and as I'm driving along any slight bump in the road the exhaust clangs on the rear axle, I've had this problem since I've had my car lowered 40mm, wig the standard silencer I could twist the box so it gave a higher clearence over the rear axle but this doesn't seem the case here I've tried moving the u clamp further up and further down but to no avail... Help any ideas on what I could try to stop this anooying noise?

new back box. or bend the exhaust pipe

or attach some hard foam to your axle 4 a cheap fix

or just sit the backbox higher up on the rubber mounts same for centre section

twist it slightly. the join is on an angle, and if you twist the box at the joint it wil push the arch in the exhaust higher over the beam

when the cars left the factory it prob had a cat and center section as 1 then when the centers f**k they cut it and sum times cut it too short causing the up and over part to be 2 far forward to wards front of car best bet take center clamps off and hit the bastard back 2 inches or so the put A axle stand under exhaust and lower car till its pushd up to the car and then do all calmps up tight hope this helps mines the same f**k dramas!!
