Okay, this doesnt happen all the time but some of the time it does, i think usually after i drive for a while...
When i go to change gear it gets really hard to change, i have to literally yank it to get it to go in, and then when i put it in to reverse it makes the loudest most worse noise going, like i have forgot to put the clutch down, but the clutch is all the way down...
but then i turn the engine off and leave it for a bit and its fine again for a bit?
Any help would be greatfully apprichaiatedddd

I would look at the clutch cable first, see if it needs adjusted.
