Just bought a set of wheels 205 40 r17s for ma 1.4 any1 know if they will be ok my car isnt lowered a mate said they should be ok

they will be way too wide,and 17s looks terrible on a corsa..and will more than likely rub.

I know they aren't too wide as there was a B near me with the same combination. I don't have evidence myself but I was told they didn't rub, the corsa was not lowered.

mine is lowered 60mm front 70 rear and dont rub on 205 45 r17s they suite the corsa imo but you will notice a slight acceleration diffrence but better grip :D id upload a pic of mine but god know how anyone????

had to remove front innerarches and trim plastic arch a tad same wiv rear, fit uprated bump stops tho mine are taller than stock and even fully loaded no rubbing... try upload some pics.
