K&N Pannel Filter replacment

Post by Corsa-B »

Hi

I Replaced my Original Filter with a K&N Direct replacment pannel filter. It took 30 seconds and made a considerable difference to the acceleration without making much noise. Not sure it was worth the 40 quid but the car seems to rev better now.

have you de-restricted the box ? or try adding a better air feed . you wnt notice a big difference if thats all youve done, but you should notice a better rev response and better economy :)

just be careful - de-restricting your airbox can have detrimental effect on ur torque. not much but when i went form that a standard one still using my filter i cud change up earlier without it struggling. I would reccomend getting a better cold air feed though
