movemont in gear stick

i have just replaced my 1.2 engine with another 1.2 due to gasket goin. however when i accelerate now there is alot of movement in the gearstick
when i accelerate the stick tends to move towards 4th gear and then back to its original posistion when not accelerating,
it does not jump out of gear and the gear linkage is done up tightly. if anyone has any suggestion please let me no many thanks steve

is the bottom mount tightened properly or the bush in it still good? had a similar problem in the girlfriends quicksilver where the ger stick moved around alot when acceleratin n deceleratin, changed the mount coz the bush had perished and alls good now
