Could someone please tell me what what fuse rating I should be putting in the hole for electric windows?
Also is there a fuse for electric mirrors or is it a relay?

45 amp should be ok lol

look in your owner book will tell u in there ;)

45, surely not. If I had a manual I would look there. Can you have a look in yours, pleeeeaaase.
