firstly if the car aint safe stop driving it...........and secondly unless ur 100% confident and know wot ur doin dont go messing with ur brakes, take it to a garage. it might be more expensive but it might just be worth it in the end.
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts

Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

i second that, brakes are a no go area if ur not sure.

i would have sed brake fluid but uve already checked that.

best bet is take it to a garage m8.
I'd rather push a Corsa,than drive anything else. : )

If your brakes are spongy then you need to bleed them. If there isn't a difference after this you have a leak somewhere.
The handbrake light issue could be the earth beside the handbrake lever, this happened on mine and a few others I've heard of.
1 thing at a time tho, get those brakes bled.
