i just finished doing mine!
take the wheels off, remove inner arch by removing plastic ringlets ( they always snap i just used 10mm black bolts and bolted them in!)
then under the wing there are 10mm bolts just un screw them and they come off!

my mate on here sed spray the plastic nuts or wateva and let it settle in and then if ur gentle they will undo nicely

yeah spray them with wd40 and let the spray work its magic then try might help in not breaking nuts and bolts etc

the front 1's are quiet hard 2 get off by the way u have to take all ur plastic shield off,
i found it easier to take the wings off

well alllllllllllllllllllll of my plastic nuts came off beautifully. the little white plug at the back was the biggest problem though but all is good now and back on.

tried to widen the arch with a hammer but it hasnt really moved much imo
