smoothing bumper

i was wanting to smooth my front bumper and was wondering if any1 had any ideas of what to do with gap where the number plate goes?

cut the section out of another bumper and plastic weld it in then a skim of filler

confused what bit of the other bumper should i use?

you cut were the numberplate goes out of 1 bumper and plasticweld it onto the other were the numberplate goes
