Re: Installing a rev counter
i'm sure theres something in the FAQ section about that, have a look
OFFICAL DVLA DATA:
1414 - corsa gsi's on the road in 2008.
735 - corsa gsi's currently on the road and 436 SORN
Basicly you would have to be a right tw*t to break one for parts
Thanks to everyone for an awsome weekend at pvs!

Re: Installing a rev counter
Reason for asking why you don't want to have it where the dials are, if it's a electric driven version you should find a speedo with rev counter would fit and work straight off, (just make sure you get the correct speedo!! lol)
If your fitting a seperate one from what i can remember reading you have to run a wire to the starter motor.

Re: Installing a rev counter
if the speedo starts at 0 its electronic, if it starts at 10 its mechanical, on a car with a mechanical speedo the wires should already be there for a set of rev counter dials,
even if the wires are not there it only wants a pickup wire off the coilpack or dizzy for the pulse.....
