Problems When Hot 12v
hi guys, got a problem with my 99 12v, starts fine and drives fine for about 20 miles or untill engine is hot. once hot it intermitently hesitates when pulling away kinda like a faulty maf does, although this has been changed. Had it code checked at a garage and they couldnt find a fault code. also they cleaned throttle body and idle valve etc. Has anyone got any idea what could be causing this???

not always, it would only log a fault code if the EML light was on for 30seconds or more usualyspooky19587 wrote:would that not store a fault code tho?

no light on at all, just stutters and hesitates and then goes but only when hot, no problems with cold at all.

Was your new MAF a pattern part or a proper vauxhall bosch one?

Re: Problems When Hot 12v
back box baffles were knackered and that has been replaced, hence the lamda issue, still got the hesitation problem tho
