m8....ur onto sumin there with that 20" idea...i was just thinkin bout a 7 - 10" mouned into the glove box door or usin the dvd player headunit screen. But 20" roof mount sounds so much better! That would be worthy of gettin ur can on a stand at pvs!

lol...yeah cos ive noticed on the boot when yo9u close it there is like a risen bit that has always kinda knocked my parcel shelf when u close the boot. like a really tight fit when closing the boot. Im not sure why...think it holds the shelf in place from the boot lid or sumin when it closed. It really hard to explain to be honest. Ill try and get a pic uploaded in the next day or so to show u wat i mean. Dont worry bout it though lol. just make it as would be done normally for overall shape. If it fits into ur corsa once finished im sure it will fit mine and if not then the boot lid card can just come out. Basically just ignore it now i come to think bout it.

sick...i bought another sub and amp today so it gonna start to get real real bassy in the car lol. lookin good aswell btw...gonna be safe as houses. perfect interpretation of what i was askin for m8. think i might try to make a custom roof mounted 6x9 speaker set on HPF and get new 500watt 5-way kenwood 6x9 for the new shelf. not sure on the logistics yet...might just try fibreglassin a pod to the roof and cut the liner to fit around it. will need to take time on it as dont wanna make it look bodge lol

oh yeah..ur corsa lookin good aswell m8...likin the alloys. Hopefully gettin sum new ones myself in next couple weeks
