Re: Black and Green Corsa Project
got loads of stuff today and just gonna get a few more bits then i can finish off the interior ova easter while central locking, alarm etc is fitted. Put in new air filter and got new oil filter so can do that ova easter aswell. Been lookin round and gettin a better idea of what i want to get for the new audio but i think im gonna have to get an uprated alternator fitted to power it all without potentially damaging the car. I think i might be gettin the bucket seats in the next month aswell as the interior will be nearly finished by then. But i really wanna get a black sport interior and will have to make my mind up soon if im wanna fit it.

Re: Black and Green Corsa Project
i could have had the entire interior for £50 but i didnt want the front seats really as im gettin reclining buckets anyway. plus i couldnt fit two interiors into the corsa safely while driving distance.

Re: Black and Green Corsa Project
well the door cards being swapped isnt any weight...probs a tad reduction tbh. The layers of paint can be much more than a few kg. I'll be a smart one and leave the spare wheel sumwhere aswell. And roperstun sayin i can throw all my rear in to his car when we race! I dont intend on hammering it hardcore style though cos i cant afford to break the transmission.

Re: Black and Green Corsa Project
do u mean the rounded edge above the glove box? that rounded rectangle on the dash that i done green? u need to remove the glove box with the one screw in the middle of the roof inside it. two at the front on the top and two screws at the front underneath. Then there are three screws holdin the rounded bit in that u unscrew from the underside of it now the glove box is out. U kinda need to lay on the floor in the footwell and look up to see em under the dash bit. The passenger air vent needs to be removed aswell cos the rectangular bit slides to the left then pull away from the dash towards you cos it kinda slide locks into place aswell, and then hey presto it removed.
