And thanks for the comments guys im just distraught at the fact i crashed my pride and joy. Never thought id be in this position because im a sensible driver and todays just ruined my head lol

But as everyone keeps saying as long as everyone ok thats whats important.

Just took a massive hit to the masculinity tho coz our lass was in the passenger seat :(

Going to have a look under car tomorrow and see if theres out i can see, hopefully just a pipe came off or something if not its off to a garage.

I should be ok with my slam panel bein like that till i can get a replacement though shouldnt i ?

Glad i didnt f**k me wheels though i would have cried after the work i put into them lol

Was merging into single file traffic due to roadworks. Person behind flashed me so i could move over. Moved over and put arm up to thank driver behind looked in rear view then the car/van thing in front stopped and i slid into him. Was only doing about 5-10 mph if that. Dinted his rear door and rear bumper a little bit. My car is worse off coul barely tell he had been hit but my front ends obvious.

You have to crash a couple times before becoming a good driver, at least thats what i heard  ive had 2 small dings and one absolute right off and im definitly a safer driver since

As to your car,
Yes the crash bar will be fine til you get it replaced aslong as your doing it fairly soon, you can drive without one as well but a hitting anything will bust the rad,

The running rough is more than likly just a sensor or two that knocked loose, check for oil leaks, dont think it is leaking just because of oil light flashing,
If it doesn't fit,
force it,
If it breaks,
It needed replacing anyway

Thanks mate :) i still count myself as a safe driver. I just shouldn't have took me eyes off the road to thank driver behind me

Crash bar will be replaced asap but will probably need to drive on it for a little while.

Jacked car up today. No oil patch underneath and no visible broken pipes. Started car and it seemed fine. Took for test drive and after ten minutes it started cutting out again :( got someone comin to have a look today. Looked at sensors aswell but they seemed fine. If sensors were loose wouldnt the engine light come on?

Also theres a little bit smoke coming from somewhere but i cant figure out where :(
