not sure it would be too loud lol...it is only a 1.2 and the backbox ent overly loud now..

mine wasent loud at all after 3000rpm till a got the decat and straigh thru then it was loud as hell from 0 to 6500 rpm

well the cat does act as a slight resonator box, but wont make too much differerence to the noise. It is a common misconception this, all a decat will do is free up the revs due to better flow rate, it wont do much for the noise output. You may THINK its louder, but really, its not much different to how it was before!

well on a 1.2 8v chrex mine did get a bit louder wen decated and ur correct about the revs bud but mine defo did get lounder with de cat and no mid section and the de cat was done last but tha was with 2.5 pipe lol was way to loud got 30 buck tickets every week lol excesive noise lol tisk tisk lol hence y am not doing it again lol

ye i can imagine it bein loud with 2.5 straight thru haha...i mainly want decat for bit better acceleration...and then will take the mid box out for extra noise...als o want eiva a single exit peco big bore 2 with 3in exit or a cherry bomb..depends wot has better rally sound.
