nice one, is it a used manifold? you gonna keep the car standard or strip it out and all that jazz?

keep it standard, i actually want some sort of luxury in my life
instead of driving around in a mk1 vw caddy pickup which is like driving a tin can but it does 300miles to 30quid so its great for daily driving to and from work
i only want this for weekends when i go off places and to do some posing in
i might even sell my XE and by a LET for it hmmmm posibilities.

nooo apparently thats the secondary air pump what ever that means
but its off it now anyway
but i have managed to put the four branch on, and WHAT A BALL'ACHE!!!! because iv got power steering and air conditioning it was soooo orquad to remove the manifold cover!! and then that wouldnt come off, so i had to jiggle that about and try and remove the pipework to the secondary air pump that attaches to the manifold and when i got that off the cover was still hard to get off, then i got half the manifold bolts off, then their was one on the belt side bottom row that was behind the power steering pump so i had to remove the belt top cover, then remove my pipercross filter, then couldnt still get to it so i had to remove the block water temperature sensor then i could just about get to it, then finally managed to get all the bolts out the manifold, then it wouldnt come out so i had to remove the oil filter, then it still wouldnt come out, so i had to slacken off the radiator brackets (making it orquad that i had air conditioning radiator aswell so i had hardly any movement for it, then it still wouldnt come out, so i had to remove the actual fan itself, then it STILL wouldnt come out so off with half the anti roll bar the one side, then finally it came out!!!!!! grr damn thing
and now iv put allll that back on in the reverse order, and because its sitting lower than before i'l have to raise my coilovers slightly because it catches the road
but ahh well it shouldnt have to be lifted much i hope maybe 3/4 inch at most.
but even now theirs one manifold bolt that i have to tighten up with a spanner but i'l do that 2moro, and that one that i had trouble getting on behind the power steering pump can stay off Fecking thing that was!!! god i hate working on a 1.4, my 1.2 was so simple and easy!!!!!!!

with GM stickers on and just yellow instead of white lol but iv changed them
