I think (i aint too sure) that the top end is about 140+ (but that kinda speed in a corsa, even an uprated one, is sh*t scary) and the 0-60 is about 7 seconds or so. But it depends what stage of tune the engine is in and also what gearbox it is matched too

A well set up C20LET with a VERY well set up Corsa could hit 180mph! But would you want to!?

the 1.2 8v is quicker acceleration then the 1.2 16v but has a slower top end...ye u wont notice any difference with an induction/derestricted airbox but it does sound ALOT nicer lol.there really isnt anything u can do to make the 1.2s quicker without spendin stupid money..my advice is to just spend the money makin it look nice lol..or strip it like mobiius is doing-but his is a 1.4 lol

Someone on here's sellin an XE. I said I'll have that plus carbon interior trim and angel eye headlights, but it looks like the headlights might go to someone else even though I said I'd have them, so I dunno. Maybe the engine'll be sold from under me too!

well iv got a 1.2 8v and iv lowered it 40mm all round on shocks and springs, 1.4 SRI front anti roll bar, front upper strut brace, rear strut brace, pippercross air filter, decat and centre race tube, with oval back box on, and then i moved the dizzy about to advance the timing a bit, and tbf doing all this it goes pretty well fair doo's. i can certainly notice an increase over the standard car. its got more oompf as such now.

Gut it! after I stripped mine out completely I noticed how much quicker it was! It may not be much faster but it's certainly quicker!
