remap tomorrow
1.4 with 195hp............

spoken to a lad in norway thats had his done, he got 210hp with 300nm
the 210 sounds nice but i think 300nm is a bit much for the both clutches!

anyways should have some more news tomorrow after its been done

been remapped now, now kicking 191bhp and 245nm torque,
hopfully the weather stays nice this weekend so i can take it up the peakdistrict see what its like

first impressions tho: jesus its fast!
supercharger stays on boost alot longer before giving the job to the turbo about 4000rpm then, just hit by the torque and boom its away!
not had a chance to do a 0-60 in it but im hoping it will be about 6 or below, same as the top speed il have to wait till i can get it on a private road or the track
best projections should take about 145-150 tho

still no news on the spoiler tho might phone them and cancle the order, spend the money on some seat sport suspention and a bigger ARB

there insane figures for a 1.4 is it diesel or petrol?

petrol, only runs on optimax aswell
previous car was a diesel, less power but was still 174bhp

lets just say i have beaten a few "big boys"of hothatches
thing is im not that clever on a track due to lack of experience so i get eaten in the corners lol
but the added horse power and the dsg being able to shift gears in 8ms i slay them on the straights

once i have done a few more track days im sure il get the hang of the cornering lol

had a chance to have a drag my friend in his vxr corsa today on a private road ofcourse,
my car was fast before the ecu tuning now its somthing else!
foot down supercharger straight on boost up to 3000rpm (no turbolag!) then the turbo kicks in and then it swaps to the powercam around 5000rpm and its away!
will admit i did have a go in his vxr and they are awsome wouldnt blame anyone for buying one and i do miss the fun of shifting manualy but its a small price to pay for being able to shift in 8ms and not having to lift off the throttle when shifting gears.
got a bit of wheelspin off the line while the corsa didnt seem to have any, he had the edge off the line but i very quickly caught him and sailed straight past!
think i may go for the software upgarde on the gearbox to turn on the launch control feature, might give me the edge off the line then
