door cards look nice, would love to do that with mine not sure how i would but my calibra door cards have a tweeter hole in them, and not sure how i would do them, did you use all the calibra leather or just the top then some other leather to wrap the rest?
nice work on everything else aswell, cesaros will look nice with the red ring. keep it up

hi, my mother did the sowing on the leathers, mine had the tweeter hole 2.
Wat you need to do 4 fitting them is, get some new skai and take the leather off the calibra door cards, first the top piece and then the foam and the leathers form the (mdf) or what it is..
Watch it when peeling it off because it's glued to it, and you dont want to mess up the shape of the leather top pieces.
sow the top cali leather and the sky together, and start with shaping some foam for under te top parts, you will notice that the shape off the leater wont fit the doorcard. so you can just cut some pieces of the (mdf) were you took the leater off to fit the door card or you can shape some from foam.. i did the last because of weight.
paste the complete leather to the doorcard, use bison TIX (this glue is moisture proof and for low and high temp, so perfect for in car.
Use a foehn to stretch the skai. but watch that you dont over heat it or it will burn.
for the rear panels, just cut the top of the leathers to fit an sow some skai to it and paste them on, no need to modify the shape.
hope this helps, think it's a nice mod and doesnt cost mutch to make, and pretty easy to do.
will look great in you car like the x20xev mate, nice job

i saw your car looks realy good.. love the color.. but i live in the speedbump paradise think every 50 meter a speedbump comes up in my city..
can you drive around with the 60mm lowering? any troubles with speedbumps? now i can get over well with ease but some high bumps i have to take reaaaally slow.
And do you lower the back more? you corsas seem to stand about horizontal while mine is higher in the rear.
