Katie. You probably have the new user accounts set to authorise by admin. I did this on purecarsound and it caused a lot of \'grief\' for people. Easier to set it just to email authentication rather than having an admin vet and authorise ever person that tries to sign up. Some people, if having to wait as long as I have for membership autorisation might not bother visiting the site again!
