So as of the moment a lot of people know I've been having some running issues so after some advice I decided to have a little inspection of the throttle body and induction, it had been bodged on with black insulation tape and duck tape, so took it all off to find a blue hose that was split, so a bit of sealant and some insulation tape got it back on and clamped down.

Found a plug unplugged, the one on the bottom (green one) I believe it's been the cause of all my running issue at the moment beings it's the ICV sensor, so Plugged it back In and the revs seems ok be ok now... At the moment...

Also had a diagnostics run today by a mate, it came back with the following:

EGR
Idle control valve
Air intake sensor

So wipes them clean as I unplugged them when sorting the induction, so I've cleared the codes in the hope that when it throws something up I can go strait to the sauce of the problem. Obviously the EGR needs doing so at that oft at some point clean it and get it back on.

sounds like youve sorted it matey, just hope thats it now. in regards to the egr,, it seems they are a bugger to keep off the cars ecu fault list. they throw a code even when they are working, (design flaw ?!!!) .

Yeah I've not touched mine yet just had the codes whipped, but it seems they cause a lot of faults... Pointless having them really but they're obvious put on just to piss us off lol...

Still got a water leak need a new rad but the body work is going to be starting now to, my self and a mate are going to do it so watch this space I got a few things to do so update as I go along with things :).

Blank the egr before it throws another sensor off

They reduce the co2 output of the car but tbh even the 1.6 doesnt put out that much co2 without it never mind the 1.0 and 1.2 lol

Smoothing the spliter into the bumer ;)

Ok so not updated this in a while again, not really much of an update just a pain In the ars...

Can anyone tell me what's wrong here:
Image

That's rite once again BANG another blow out due to my camber:

So got it off and the spare on and home and further inspection:

So about about a week (today) I went and got the two front tyres changed again:

Now when this happened on the drivers side last time I purchased camber adjust bolts from the vauxhall specialists costing me ££23 delivered, as you can see from the two following pics they have been fitted to sort it out:

At least that's what I thought... My tracking is slightly out and it pulls left, the passenger one was no where near as bad as the drivers one but had it changed anyways....so plan is to get it tracked and camber done by a specialist at some point this week and go from there.

My rad has blown and it's leaking terrible so picked up a second hand one up off of one of the lads on "thecorsa" for £15 so Gota get that fitted now:

So last night i drove home from Newport via a48 through lisvane lanes through to Llanishen and the clutch cable snapped out side the damn house... 20 miles or so.. How lucky is that...

Image

So went and got a new one this morning from GMF cost me £14.76

Also picked up a back box exhaust mount and some exhaust paste as it blowing from centre box to back box and cat to Centre box.

So she is the garage at moment just waiting for a call to go get her :).

So I've been to pick my car up after having my clutch cable fitted and I've been advised that my coilys are cutting into the inside edge on my front drivers side tyre.

I've got raceland coilys dropped 80+ but I don't have the adjust spanner, he said I need to get it raised asap and sorted asap as my mot is due end of month and it will fail on it plus will cause another blow out.

My tracking and camber are out to still...so going to take it to a specialist and get it done properly and see if that cures it.

I would get your wheels laser aligned and tracked to sort this... The thing where you get a printout of the condition of the toe in, toe out and that lot (don't know what the process is called lol) car looks good though!
