I dont have a clue what it is. I would have guessed some sort of flaring tool. There could well be parts missing too lol.

Got this today

Kestrel DA and 3 pads for the sum of 150 euro, around £110

Was very surprised when I opened the box

Also the place I ordered it from offered the site a 10% discount for all members
