redtops ay.... next door at work just put one in his... some of the worst wiring i have seen
straight feeds everywhere nothing to do with me i did tell him where it all went but he didnt listen, then it wouldnt run right but i sorted him that

Oh engines fine lol! Suspension is broke, loads play in it, risky driving! Got some Gaz coilovers now thou when I cba I'll fit them haha

nice one, iv just been to get another XE cylinder head of a mate down south wales for £35
so got that back, dropped by local motor factors and picked up a new headgasket and engine oil, proper GM 10w 40 he give me duno if thats right, need to check, what oil did you use jamie? so yea, just need to give it a quick clean up, spray some paint around the head, clean the pistons up and slap it all back togeather for a quick fix. saves me having to spend another £280 right away to get my ported polished head fixed dont it, so yerr couple of weeks and i'l be back barking up the road again

Just hope i can recover the pistons, should clean up alright just need to get all the swarf out and valve guide out lol and then make them appear smooth lol

well i went and looked at the corsa again today, iv cleaned the pistons up best i can, and sat the new head gasket on, and also built up my new head with my lifters and cams, just noticed aswell that the head is missing exhaust manifold studs
so either need to take the ones out of my other head which i dont want to do :/ or make some new ones using thread bar, or buy some... not sure which one yet, also put the new crank pulley on but forgot the lock tight etc so cant tighten that up, but its getting there slowly....
