New studs n nuts at vauxhall cheap, around 15 quid or Autovaux do them too

just found out how tight the crank bolt that came loose on my XE has got to be, 184 lb-ft then angle turn 40-50degree thats FOOOOOKIN TIGHT!!!

Lol! When I tried my torque wrench didn't go that tight, so had to use breaker and still only manage quarter of a turn ontop of that! I'd say mine isn't as tight as ment to be, but it's been fine so far! Touch wood!

yea tbf i recon just the 184lb-ft will be more than enough, i'l have to see how i get on 2moro anyway. fingers crossed i'd like it running
but dunno depends how i get on.

Lads any links to a good Tourge wrench ? i recently bought a set of tools, but still missing a tourge wrench and after the proplem that time i had rebuilding the engine and not tighting the head bolts to the correct Tourge etc etc..

just went and got my head that i took to see if they could mend it and how much, but i got a second hand head of my mate for £35 so i went and collected my other head and here is one valve, they're pretty much all the same lol also you can see the condition on the head in the same photo, and now just imagine that indentation on top of the piston itself lol not good :/

i have good news
its back on the road, and sounding phenomenal again
must have had the timing out before as this time sounds and back fires like it did when i first went to get it from the rolling road so woo i'l get some videos up before long of the noise
