iv plastic primer'd the front bumper, and now you get to see all the small imperfections :( but ahh well it'l be alright the paint will fill the small bits up i hope :) but now iv put the primer on dont i have to wet and dry it now just to get it smooth before painting :? iv never really sprayed body pannels before :( but im s-hitting myself for when it will come to putting the paint on

yes mate get as many inperections out now the paint might fill in some slight dimples but it will only exaggerate things like lumps and that really. so if that means wet and dry do it, it will also give the paint something to key too.

right iv managed to get it out!!!! the dog leg on it i cut off with penknife! and i managed to get the loom over the top of the bottom inlet manifold, then i got it out but even that was really tight but so glad its out tho now :D and iv also removed the inlet manifold studs ready, and also removed the EGR valve so i can make a blanking plate at work for it :D and also while im their i'l clean the throttle body aswell because its propper  and then just got to remember to bring home sealant and then i can get on with it again, got to bolt the throttle body to the inlet, gota drill some holes out aparently in throttle body :? then put it back togeather, i'l probably ask questions to do with piping  as theirs loads if i cant find a space for them as in the bag i got given LOADS of T-pieces... :S what do you think????

right, iv swapped back to my standard manifold, and now iv got the power box fitted, i dont know what to think... its made it really flat and moved all the revs up around 5,000 rpm or well thats how it feels anyway yet it when you do get drop down and put your foot flat down it dont half go, also this would still pass an MOT wouldnt it? as iv got mine in couple of months. just got to plug my mates laptop up to it sometime see whats this problem is, as after driving it for a while and the engines got walm the ecu light comes on and stays on but doesnt affect the running of the engine so not entirely sure what that is, it might be the EGR valve but im sure i plugged that in... any ideas on anything?

why did you take the performance one off? egr valve might be cloged up wi sh*t so try giving it a clean if that doesnt work take powerbox off and try that,

took it off because it dragged the floor all the time and scraped a big hole in it, anyway iv blanked of the EGR valve, behind the engine so the plug must have come out or something. any why would i try it without the power box on? hows the car gona start

nah i cant put it back on, look in the photo, it replaces the whole top half of the inlet manifold system, plus i'd have to move the throttle body again, which was a pain in the arse. plus iv had to cut a bit out of the rear intake pipe so thats not really very good now, so yee
